Welcome to the website for St. Andrew’s by-the-Sea, an Episcopal parish serving Little Compton & S. Tiverton, RI and Westport, MA.  Whether you are looking for a place to worship while visiting the area, or you are a resident of our towns and want to join our Church community, we hope that this site will be helpful and informative.

St. Andrew’s is named for Andrew the Apostle, a fisherman and the brother of St. Peter, who was called to leave his nets and follow Jesus.  When the church was founded over 100 years ago in 1914, the vision was for St. Andrew’s to be a spiritual home for the fishermen and workers of Little Compton, and we remain committed to this vision of being a spiritual anchor for the people of our community.  We are a church that is motivated by love for God, as exhibited in our worship, and love for our neighbors, as shown in our ministries of service and care.
